Small Groups Ministry
Small groups are the primary place where you get to know others—and others get to know you—at GCCC. It is also a primary vehicle for people to support one another in pursuing spiritual growth and discipleship. It is within these small group communities where you can build deeper friendships, learn about and experience the Gospel, love others in the community, and serve your neighbors. If you are new to the DC area, we hope that you will visit one of our groups soon.
Small groups are organized by geographic regions and meet in the homes of our members, which are located throughout the DC metropolitan area. Small groups are led by qualified and trained lay leaders from the congregation who receive continued oversight and support from our pastor and elders. For the next several months, each group will be reading and studying The Reason for God, by Tim Keller. In addition, each group will partner with a local organization to impact the people and communities around them. If you have general questions about small group meetings, please email Phil Oh (philoh77@gmail.com).
